I’m Elizabeth Daykin, an operations and strategy leader with over 10 years of experience helping organizations grow, adapt, and thrive. My career has taken me from research and analytics to executive leadership, including serving as COO of Cadeo, where I scaled the company eight-fold and led its successful acquisition.
What I’ve learned along the way is simple: vision alone doesn’t build successful organizations - execution does. My strength lies in turning vision into reality by designing and implementing the systems, teams, and structures that allow organizations to grow with clarity and confidence.

Why I Do This Work
I’m especially passionate about working with small companies (10 to 20 people) ready to scale and with larger organizations launching bold, start-up-like initiatives.
